Your Mission

Nuvei is looking for a Relationship Manager who will support the Relationship Management team by managing tier 3 and tier 4 customers. You will help maintain strong client relationships within the Gaming vertical and ensure consistent client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of Gaming merchants, acting as a trusted day-to-day contact.
• Support the management of existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop a strong understanding of merchants' businesses, objectives, and payment needs.
• Monitor account performance and assist in identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Technical Support to address client needs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to expand existing merchant relationships and increase account value.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Nuvei's products, services, and the broader payments and iGaming landscape.
• Participate in client meetings, industry events, and internal initiatives as required.
• Gradually take ownership of a portfolio of merchants, assuming increased responsibility as knowledge and experience develop.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in account management, customer support, or similar
• Experience in payments or iGaming industries is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to identify client needs and support opportunities for account growth.

The annual base salary range for this role in the primary location is EUR 24,412 - EUR EUR 35,764 (gross). This range represents the expected starting salary for candidates hired into this role in the specified location. If the position is filled in a different location, a different salary range may apply due to objective factors such as local labor market conditions and cost of living.

This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
