Salary: $86,183.34 - $114,771.98 + super.

About the role
Major tertiary referral centre consisting of 3 Cardiac Catheter Labs, 1 Electrophysiology Lab and 1 Endocardial Biopsy/ Right Heart Catheterization for interventional cardiac procedures such as insertion of stents, cardiac devices and structural heart procedures.
Leading the way in interventional procedures; percutaneous valve replacement (TAVI, Mitral and Tricuspid), left atrial appendage closure, Paravalvular leak closure, PFO, ASD closure, AF ablation, cardiac resynchronization therapy.
The only Heart Lung Transplant centre in NSW, carrying out procedures involving specialised mechanical support devices that are not available at any other centres.
Deliver evidence-based nursing care, coordinating with patients and families and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve goals and health outcomes.
About you
Currently registered as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency.
Demonstrated experience in acute care setting such as Cardiac Nursing/ Anaesthetic Nursing/ operating theatres or other relevant area.
Demonstrated ability to work within the interdisciplinary team using effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated evidence of integration of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills, critical thinking and analysis in your daily practice as a registered nurse.
Demonstrated effective time management skills and ability to prioritise competing workloads within a complex environment.
