McClure Post Acute is seeking a knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' nutritional needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor residents' nutritional status, weight changes, and dietary intake.
• Provide recommendations for therapeutic diets and nutritional interventions.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Complete nutritional assessments and documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements.
• Provide nutrition education to residents and their families as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting preferred.
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets and clinical nutrition.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
