Up to £36,500 (depending on experience) plus uncapped bonus

Location: Harrow – 5‑minute walk from Harrow on the Hill station, brand‑new offices
Salary: £29,000+ for trainees & £32,000+ for experience - plus uncapped bonus
Specialism: Business Support (Customer Service, Admin and Office Support roles)

We’re growing fast following recent organisational changes and the opening of our brand‑new office in Harrow. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, ambitious sales professional to own and scale a Business Support desk recruiting for customer service, admin and office support roles across Uxbridge, Ruislip & Rickmansworth.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Winning new business across Commerce & Industry focusing on Customer Service, Sales, Junior HR, Junior Marketing, Data Entry & admin roles
Building long‑term client partnerships through outbound calls, BD, networking, and market mapping
Managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes
Visiting clients regularly across the Uxbridge patch (driving required)
Representing the Reed brand in a region with big growth plans
