Job Description
Job Summary
NotaryCam, part of the Stewart family of companies, is seeking a Senior Sales Executive who will lead enterprise revenue growth for NotaryCam and Signature Closers by selling secure digital notarization, identity verification, and electronic closing solutions to financial institutions, banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders, servicers, and related fintech partners. This role owns the full enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting and executive discovery through solution design, procurement, contracting, accelerated adoption, and expansion of our Remote Online Notarization platform through the development of strategic relationships with clients and partners.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop value-based business cases that promote services while developing and executing a sales strategy targeting financial-services organizations using established consultative selling, discovery, negotiation, presentation, and account-planning skills.
- Performs specialized assignments; solves complex problems and develops non-traditional solutions through sophisticated analytical thinking
- Uses strong communication skills to partners with Stewart Lender Services, various teams, and senior decision-makers, to interpret internal/external business environment, develop tailored solutions for prospective customers, and expand opportunities within existing accounts
- Recommends best practices to improve processes or services using a though understanding of customer workflows
- Impacts achievements of customer, operational, project or service objectives while maintaining accurate records and data
- Communicates difficult concepts to team to generate clarity and alignment on projects, initiatives, and various work products
- Represent the company at industry events, lender and banking conferences, trade associations, customer meetings, webinars, and partner engagements.
- Travel for strategic accounts, industry events, client meetings, and team sessions.
- May lead functional projects with moderate risks and resource requirements
- Individual contributor working independently; may require guidance in highly complex situations
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management
Experience
- Demonstrated experience selling into banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders, mortgage servicers, or other regulated financial institutions.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage lending, loan origination, closing, servicing, or financial-institution operations.
- Experience navigating long sales cycles, vendor-management processes, procurement, legal review, information-security assessments, and enterprise contracting.
- Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
