As a Manager in RCMS Hospital Billing at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Operations Consulting practice. You will work closely with clients to analyze operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. Your expertise in providing consulting services will guide clients in streamlining processes, improving productivity, and driving business performance.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will focus on providing consulting services to optimize overall operational performance and develop innovative solutions. You will provide guidance on implementing technology solutions, process automation, and operational excellence frameworks.

Responsibilities

- Leading operational consulting projects to enhance client efficiency and effectiveness
- Analyzing client needs and developing strategies to streamline processes and improve productivity
- Guiding teams in implementing technology solutions and process automation for operational excellence
- Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and develop skills outside their comfort zones
- Utilizing operational analysis and process optimization techniques to drive business performance
- Engaging in strategic questioning to identify opportunities for operational improvements
- Building and maintaining client relationships to support ongoing operational support and analysis
- Promoting the adoption of emerging technologies and innovative solutions within client engagements
- Confirming data integrity and compliance within operational frameworks

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Proven experience in hospital billing

- Strong knowledge of medical billing processes and insurance reimbursement

- Experience with healthcare billing software and Microsoft Office application
