This is an onsite position, 5 days/week, in the Vadodara office.

Shift: -NIGHT/US SHIFT. 6:30 pm-3:30 am IST.

Remote applicants will not be considered. 

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex denial issues.
• Analyze AR and denial trends to identify areas for process improvement.
• Initiate and lead payer calls for escalated denial inquiries and disputes.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce denial rates and improve reimbursement outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address the root causes of denials.
• Mentor Level 1 associates on advanced denial management techniques and best practices.
• Prepare and submit appeals for denied claims as required.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of denial management activities and outcomes.
  

Requirements

• Associate degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AR/Denial Management or Revenue Cycle Management.
• Proficiency in medical billing software and denial tracking systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with payers and negotiate claim resolutions.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
