Meet the team:

Join a collaborative and quality-focused team that plays a critical role in ensuring the materials, components, and products used at Dexcom meet the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and performance. As part of Receiving Inspection and Quality Operations, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to support inventory accuracy, inspect incoming and in-process materials, drive continuous improvement, and help maintain efficient daily operations. Where you come in:

• You are responsible for supporting material flow, part storage, and accurate inventory transactions within the MRP system.
• You assist with new hire training and provide group training records to the Supervisor.
• You help distribute daily workloads within the department to support operational goals.
• You maintain the filing and archiving process for Receiving Inspection Reports.
• You attend department meetings as required and contribute to team objectives.
• You identify problems and propose timely, cost-effective solutions that meet quality standards.
• You perform geometric tolerance evaluations, inspect electronic assemblies, and apply acceptance sampling plans.
• You conduct visual and/or dimensional quality inspections and testing of incoming quarantined materials, in-process materials, labeling, and final commercial products.
• You utilize Microsoft Office applications and database systems such as Oracle, 1Factory, and Oracle Fusion to support daily operations.
• You communicate and collaborate effectively and professionally with team members and cross-functional partners.
• You perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
