CX (Customer eXperience) / Digital Services 분야

(1) CX전략

- 고객 경험 개선을 위한 전략 수립 (플랫폼 전략, CX 전략)

- CEJ 설계 & 서비스 기획 등

(2) CX Operation

- Sales/Marketing/Service/E-Commerce 운영모델 설계

- 디지털 서비스, 마케팅 실행 및 디지털 운영 모델 수립

(3) Customer Data & Analytics

- 고객 중심 데이터를 수집/연계, 분석하여 고객경험 개선을 위한 CX Insight 도출

- CX360, 고객프로파일링, 내/외부 데이터활용, 고객분석 모형 설계/ 구현

(4) Customer Technology

- 고객 경험 혁신에 필요한 디지털 솔루션(SaaS) 및 Tool 설계/구현

(Salesforce, Adobe, CDP/DMP, MarTech 솔루션 등)

자격요건

• 디지털 업무 수행 경험자
• 플랫폼/ CX 전략 및 서비스 설계 경험자
