The language barriers and tax and commercial complexities you described require local leadership to translate business requirements into clear instructions for the GBC, resolve escalations, and coordinate validation with Finance and Tax specialists. This role would be accountable for the proposal process in Brazil, including quotation quality, response times, and service levels. Hiring this leader would make the hybrid model effective, reduce rework, and protect margins. Performance should be measured through quotation turnaround time, on-time submission, rework rates, and team productivity.
