About this Project / Product Support Officer role at Quality People
Our client URGENTLY requires Project / Product Support Officer for 9 months+ Contracts in Amberley, Qld.
The Project / Product Support Officer will join a high-performing team supporting the delivery of project, product and governance activities. You will be responsible on timely and accurate preparation of project documentation, governance artefacts and reporting products. The role requires in-location-support to Amberley and Brisbane CBD occasionally.
Skills and Experience required includes:
- Support commercial and financial management activities including contract administration, purchase order management, invoice processing, budget monitoring, financial reporting and procurement activities.
- Assist with the development, maintenance and coordination of project and product documentation, including Integrated Project Management Plans (IPMP), schedules, briefs, governance papers and reporting products.
- Build and sustain productive relationships with project teams, industry partners, capability managers and support organisations.
- Support the development of product management, support system and sustainment planning artefacts to inform future capability transitions and life-of-type management activities.
Must have (minimum) NV1 security clearance.
