What you'll be doing

• Lead the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of clinical trial projects
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, gathering requirements and translating them into actionable plans for internal teams
• Coordinate project activities to ensure studies are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
• Develop and maintain essential study documentation and project records
• Oversee the distribution and tracking of study equipment and materials
• Create and distribute project and study status reports to stakeholders
• Manage study documentation and data archiving activities at project completion
• Set clear expectations with customers and ensure commitments are met throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor study timelines, project milestones, and financial performance
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues when appropriate
• Facilitate collaboration across internal teams, external partners, and customers to achieve study objectives
• Lead communications, negotiations, and problem-solving efforts to resolve project challenges efficiently
• Track customer issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service

What we look for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Experience in project management, preferably within clinical research, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, life sciences, or a related industry
• Understanding of clinical trials and the drug development process is advantageous
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) is a plus
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency with standard business and project management software tools
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, international, and customer-focused environment
