Who we're looking for


Toyota Financial Services is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Project Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the delivery of critical technology programs that support business growth, improve execution, and create measurable impact across the organization. In this role, you will help turn complex business needs into clear, actionable plans and ensure cross-functional teams stay aligned from strategy through launch. Reporting to the relevant hiring leader, the person in this role will support the department’s objective to deliver innovative, scalable, and customer-focused technology solutions.


What you'll be doing


In this role, you’ll help bring structure to complex programs and momentum to cross-functional work. A typical day may include aligning business, engineering, and architecture partners, resolving blockers, and keeping delivery moving toward key milestones and measurable outcomes.

  • Lead cross-functional technical programs from planning through execution, ensuring alignment to business and engineering objectives.
  • Partner with business, engineering, and architecture teams to shape, launch, and improve high-impact capabilities.
  • Coordinate launch planning across multiple teams to keep timelines, dependencies, and deliverables on track.
  • Develop and maintain the mechanisms, metrics, and KPIs that help large-scale programs run efficiently.
  • Influence technical and product strategy using data-driven insights, prioritization, and proactive risk management.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, surface risks early, and drive issue resolution in partnership with Product Management and key stakeholders.
  • Manage and triage the program intake queue to ensure requests are prioritized, categorized, and tracked effectively.
  • Build strong collaboration across teams and help create a culture of accountability, speed, and continuous improvement.

What you bring


  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, that provides a strong foundation for leading complex technical work.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience, including 6+ years in software development or closely related technical environments.
  • 6+ years of experience managing complex technology programs and working directly with engineering teams.
  • Experience leading large, customer-facing, cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery.
  • Ability to develop and drive technical roadmaps with a strong focus on execution, accountability, and results.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

Added bonus if you have


  • Advanced degree such as a Master’s degree or MBA that deepens your strategic perspective.
  • PMP certification or AWS Practitioner certification that strengthens your project delivery expertise.
  • Experience in the financial services or banking industry.
  • Background delivering SDKs, CX Frameworks, or SaaS products.
  • Experience managing programs in public cloud environments, especially AWS.
