Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in project document control, filing, and distribution.
- Support meeting arrangement, minutes, and action tracking.
- Assist in project schedule update, report preparation, and data collection.
- Coordinate daily communication between team members, customers, and suppliers.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- College degree or above; project / engineering background preferred.
- 1–3 years of admin or project support experience.
Skills
- MS Office.
- Careful, responsible, good communication skills.
