The position demands proactive management of expectations, timely resolution of issues, and ensuring successful outcomes through effective coordination and leadership. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. - Oversee risk management processes to identify potential challenges and implement mitigation strategies. - Facilitate alignment between project goals and organizational strategy through effective stakeholder engagement.
