The V-22 Program is seeking a Program Manager to support On Contract Growth programs within the V-22 Portfolio of Software Development and Integration. The successful candidate will provide oversight to ensure adherence to program schedules, costs, milestones and technical performance, prepare corrective action plans, and coordinate proposal preparation. Growth programs include V-22 Capability Defect Packages (CDPs) as well as other new sole source opportunities in development. The Program Manager will be accountable to achieve all internal financial goals, supporting process improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with all applicable policies and procedures. The Program Manager will work closely with V-22 Program Managers across the portfolio, customers, and across service areas to ensure programmatic concerns are addressed in a timely manner to foster a strong working relationship.

Will You Will Do:
- Provide leadership oversight for program schedules, costs, milestones and performance
- Will be accountable for financial goals
- Support program process improvements
- Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and procedures
- Serve as the primary customer interface for your programs
What You Will Learn:
- Raytheon and RTX Business Acumen
- SBU & SSBU organizational structure, responsibilities amongst the programs and the functional areas, and deliverables
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Prior Program/Project management experience
- Prior experience with program management practices such as (MS Project) or similar tools/programs
- Prior Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) or similar tool/program
- Prior financial systems and program control, as well as risk and opportunity (R&O) management experience
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Prior DoD customer experience
- Project management experience
- Prior experience successfully leading a cross functional team
- Raytheon Earned Value Management Certified
- Demonstrated innovative ‘out of the box’ thinking to support business objectives. Quick learner with clear drive to understand new technologies, capabilities, and customers. Effective oral, written, listening and computer skills to develop and present briefings

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
