Job Description:

   

The WW NVIDIA Alliance Program Manager, Alliances & Market Development Funds is a senior individual contributor responsible for driving business growth, operational excellence, and strategic alliance execution across the HPE-NVIDIA partnership. This role leads the planning, governance, and execution of global alliance programs, investments, and go-to-market initiatives, including MDF administration, Proof of Concept (POC) funding, incentive programs, and strategic events. Working closely with HPE and NVIDIA stakeholders worldwide, the role helps prioritize alliance investments, optimize business outcomes, and support revenue growth objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong program management, financial acumen, alliance management, and cross-functional leadership skills to translate strategic priorities into measurable business results while ensuring effective governance, operational discipline, and stakeholder alignment across a global organization.

 

Education & Experience Required

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, alliance management, business operations, sales operations, marketing operations, business development, or related enterprise technology roles.
  • 5+ years leading complex global programs across multiple stakeholders, regions, and executive teams.
  • 5+ years managing budgets, funding programs, financial planning, investments, or business operations.
  • 3+ years administering MDF, partner funding, POC programs, incentive programs, rebates, or similar investment programs.
  • 3+ years working with strategic alliances, technology partners, channel organizations, or joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

 

What You Need to Bring

  • Strong program and project management experience, including governance, planning, risk management, and execution.
  • Experience managing budgets, investment approvals, claims, reimbursements, and financial reporting.
  • Proven ability to establish operational processes, KPI tracking, executive reporting, and program governance.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience evaluating program performance and ROI.
  • Ability to influence and lead across highly matrixed global organizations without direct authority.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience translating strategic objectives into executable programs and measurable business outcomes.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in enterprise technology, AI, infrastructure, cloud, networking, data center, or partner ecosystem environments.
  • Experience with NVIDIA technologies, AI infrastructure, accelerated computing, or GPU-based solutions.
  • Experience managing alliance-funded programs, channel incentive programs, MDF initiatives, or partner-funded growth programs.
  • Experience supporting global alliance organizations, strategic partnerships, or joint business planning.
  • Experience supporting major industry events, executive engagement programs, or global conferences.
