About the Team:

As a Program Manager, you will work closely with the Director to support the coordination and delivery of key programs, projects, and operational initiatives. You will help bring structure and visibility across concurrent workstreams by coordinating activities, tracking commitments, preparing reports, and working with stakeholders across product, technology, operations, sales, client relationship teams, and external partners.  

What you will be doing:

• Coordinate programs, projects, and key initiatives
• Maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and action items
• Coordinate with stakeholders and internal delivery teams to track progress and follow up on commitments
• Prepare program status reports, management updates, meeting materials, and presentations
• Help track risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and escalations
• Facilitate meetings and ensure actions and decisions are documented and followed through on
• Assist with governance activities and adherence to FIS PMO standards
• Help coordinate information across multiple workstreams and provide the Director with visibility into status and emerging issues
• Support special projects and operational activities as needed

What you will need:

• 5+ years of project and/or program management experience, preferably in fintech or financial services 
• Experience managing large, client-facing programs 
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills 
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision 
• Ability to work during US business hours on a regular basis
