About the team
The FIS Treasury Enhanced Application Managed Services (EAMS) team provides proactive functional and operational support for clients using FIS treasury and payments solutions. The team monitors critical processes, owns first-line investigation and service coordination, and connects clients with the
right FIS specialists to maintain resilient day-to-day treasury operations.
Role purpose
]The Senior Treasury EAMS Analyst independently owns complex client support and operational outcomes across treasury applications and processes. The role combines domain knowledge, structured incident leadership, client communication, cross-team coordination, and continuous improvement to reduce service risk and strengthen the quality of managed support.
What you will be doing
Own complex incidents and service requests from initial assessment through restoration, resolution, or effective hand-off, ensuring clear accountability throughout.
Analyze issues across treasury process, application, interface, data, scheduler, and infrastructure layers using available diagnostics, logs, and operational evidence.
Assess business impact and priority, coordinate resolver teams, manage escalations, and maintain accurate client and stakeholder communication.
Lead operational monitoring and validation activities covering payments, statements, interfaces, reconciliations, batch jobs, application availability, and daily treasury controls.
Drive problem management and root cause coordination, identify recurring patterns, and translate findings into preventive actions, knowledge, automation, or process improvements.
Provide functional guidance on cash and liquidity management, payments, settlements, bank reconciliation, treasury accounting, messaging, and related workflows.
Lead client issue discussions and contribute to service reviews, reporting, risk updates, action tracking, and operational governance.
Support upgrades, releases, testing, change planning, cutover readiness, and post-change validation for assigned client environments.
Review and improve runbooks, standard operating procedures, controls, handovers, and knowledge articles for accuracy and usability.
Coach P2 analysts, support quality reviews, share product and domain knowledge, and help coordinate work across shifts when required.
Partner with Product Support, Technical Support, hosting, database, network, product management, professional services, and third parties to deliver end-to-end outcomes.
Promote a service ownership culture grounded in security, privacy, auditability, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.
What you bring
Required experience and domain knowledge
4-8 years of relevant client services, treasury, banking, payments, financial services application support, or managed services experience.
Strong working knowledge of treasury operations including cash and liquidity management, payments, settlements, accounting, bank reconciliation, statements, and daily controls.
Practical understanding of SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 messaging. Examples may include MT101, MT202, MT210, MT300, MT5xx, MT9xx, pain, and camt messages.
Demonstrated experience managing incidents, service requests, escalations, problem investigations, and root cause activities in an SLA-driven environment.
Experience communicating directly with clients and explaining technical or operational issues in clear business language.
Willingness to work flexible rotational shifts aligned to the approved global support model.
Technical and operational skills
Experience with a Treasury Management System or payments platform. FIS Trax, Quantum, Integrity, eBAM, Bank Connector, or Payment Hub experience is advantageous.
Ability to interpret logs, application diagnostics, job and interface statuses, data validation results, and monitoring alerts.
Working knowledge of SQL concepts and databases such as Oracle or SQL Server.
Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or comparable service management and monitoring tools.
Understanding of hosted or cloud environments, secure file transfer, system dependencies, and application architecture.
Working knowledge of SFTP administration and troubleshooting, including SSH key-based authentication, host-key validation, permissions, directory and file conventions, and coordination with infrastructure or security teams.
Strong written documentation skills for ticket updates, handovers, procedures, and knowledge content.
Manage and support SWIFT FileAct and SWIFT FIN services for payment processing, statement delivery, and financial messaging.
Support ERP integrations for payment processing and bank statement reconciliation across treasury platforms.
Monitor and maintain Host-to-Host (H2H) banking connectivity to ensure seamless communication between enterprise systems and banking partners.
Provide application support for Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ensuring operational stability and timely issue resolution.
Create and maintain static data within the Treasury Management System, including bank accounts, counterparties, and related configurations.
Perform CEV (Connectivity and End-to-End Validation) activities to validate treasury and banking integrations.
Handle ServiceNow incidents, service requests, and change requests, ensuring timely resolution in accordance with SLA commitments.
Support integration and processing of MT940 and MT942 bank statement messages received from SWIFT and banking partners.
Analyze, validate, and support payment message formats including ISO 20022 PAIN.001/PAIN.002 and SWIFT MT101/MT199 messages.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, banks, and technical teams to troubleshoot integration issues and ensure uninterrupted treasury operations.
Participate in monitoring, incident management, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives related to treasury applications and banking connectivity.

Qualifications & Preferred experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Commerce, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
ITIL Foundation certification is preferred. Treasury, payments, SQL, cloud, or service management certifications are advantageous.
Experience with FIS Trax, Quantum, Integrity, eBAM, Bank Connector, Payment Hub, or other TMS System.
Experience supporting multiple clients or products in a global managed services environment.
Exposure to service reporting, operational governance, audit support, user administration, and controlled static-data management.
Experience contributing to automation, monitoring enhancement, or continuous service improvement.
Ability to facilitate operational calls and guide less experienced analysts during high-priority issues.
