  • Develop and manage project plans, milestones, readiness reviews, risk registers, dashboards, key dependencies, decision requirements, and leadership updates across concurrent workstreams.

  • Lead readiness reviews, present unresolved risks and recommendations, support final go/no-go decisions, and oversee stabilization and transition to ongoing support.
  • Coordinate site leaders, business subject-matter experts, support teams, and external partners during go-live to prioritize issues, align resources, and drive resolution.
  • Monitor scope, schedule, quality, resources, risks, decisions, partner performance, and launch readiness; provide clear reporting and drive corrective actions before issues affect site startup.

What You Will Have

Program Management: Ability to define the problem, establish a clear path forward, and lead complex, multi-workstream programs from scope definition through implementation, launch, stabilization, verified results, and follow-up.

Risk Management: Ability to anticipate program, integration, vendor, and launch risks; determine root causes; evaluate alternatives; recommend a clear course of action; and drive mitigation and corrective actions through verified resolution to protect launch timing and operational continuity.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Ability to use program data, readiness measures, dashboards, and performance reports to assess the integrated technology portfolio, diagnose issues, recommend actions, support decisions, communicate status clearly, and verify that solutions deliver the intended results.

Problem Solving: Ability to lead cross-functional resolution of complex deployment, integration, launch, and operational issues by determining root causes, evaluating alternatives, recommending practical solutions, and driving corrective actions through implementation and sustained results. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation.
