Regional & Department Partnerships

  • Partner with program leads and Regional Ambassadors across the enterprise, including regional sites, to identify gaps, reduce duplication, and align offerings with CSP priorities and Community Benefit requirements.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with community-based organizations and expand partnerships that reach populations with the greatest health need.

Mission Impact Committee & Governance Support

  • Coordinate logistics for Mission Impact Committee meetings, including scheduling, communications, materials preparation, minutes, and tracking of follow-up actions.
  • Lead development and production of the annual Community Benefit report, coordinating content and timelines.
  • Support development of committee presentations, briefing materials, and Community Benefit updates for the Committee, executive sponsors, and institutional leadership.
  • Coordinate leadership convenings and cross-departmental working sessions that advance the Committee’s multi-year roadmap and priorities.

Project Management & Collaboration

  • Manage the annual Community Benefit project calendar, including CHNA, CSP, and Schedule H milestones, ensuring departments and program leads meet submission deadlines.
  • Serve as the operational liaison to the Senior Coordinator, Outcomes, Data Analytics & Scholarly Activity, connecting program leads for accountability.
  • Coordinate with HSS Finance, Marketing, and other internal partners to keep Community Benefit timelines, communications, and deliverables on track.
  • Provide general administrative support to the department and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across an enterprise.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, professionally, and effectively to clinical, administrative, executive, and community audiences.
