To join our team as a Program Coordinator! The Program support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. Program support staff roles often encompass multiple areas including; data management, metrics and reporting, and process definition and improvement.

• Provide day-to-day operational support for program activities, including communications, coordination, and documentation 
• Navigate established program workflows, policies, and operational procedures to ensure consistent and compliant program delivery 
• Review project documentation, reports, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and completion 
• Enter, modify, and track data via multiple web-based applications 
• Field and resolve customer concerns via phone / email, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Review and interpret existing data reports and derive actionable insights and process improvements to operations leadership, as appropriate
• Provide education and instruction to contractors on eligibility requirements or work with contractors to request additional information to meet requirements of program.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

• 0-2 years’ experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and communicate progress of task completion
• Good verbal, organization, customer service and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
