As a Professional Services Consultant on the ACTIVENet Implementation team, you bring innovative solutions directly to organizations and create a real, measurable impact on their day-to-day operations.

As a Professional Services Consultant, you will drive new business growth within our Implementation Team, with a primary focus on implementing our ACTIVENet (ANET) SaaS solutions. 

You will be a self-motivated Implementation Specialist to deliver technical services across ACTIVE’s enterprise software platforms. Services will be delivered across market segments and include database, platform, and infrastructure management (moves, upgrades), system integrations, and hardware configuration. The position works directly with our clients remotely and onsite throughout North America. Intake and analyze business problems then establish and deploy technical solutions.   

What you’ll own

  • Lead solution planning and design: You will partner with clients and internal stakeholders to scope requirements and design tailored hardware, software, and integration solutions that meet business needs.

  • Drive successful implementations: You will coordinate day-to-day implementation activities, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and aligned with defined timelines and objectives.

  • Develop deployment and training strategies: You will create and execute technology rollout plans, including end-user training to support adoption and long-term success.

  • Collaborate across teams: You will work closely with Project Managers, Consultants, and other stakeholders to align functional requirements with deliverables and ensure seamless execution.

  • Ensure smooth project transitions: You will partner with support teams to facilitate effective handoffs at project close, setting clients up for continued success post-implementation.

The position will be hybrid, based 3 days a week from our Toronto offices.

  • Leverage technical and industry expertise: You will utilize knowledge of software deployment, technical architecture (APIs, databases, SQL), and relevant industries to support client success and best practices.
