Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will safely process and package food that meets food safety and quality requirements at our North Mankato, Minnesota facility. This is a non-seasonal, full-time, year-round position with holiday pay, 401K, medical, prescription, dental and vision benefits.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized production area to promote a safe work environment.
• Follow processing specifications for varying products and materials.
• Inspect products and remove defective product from the production and packaging line.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment as necessary.
• Identify and set up the correct raw materials, recipes and utensils for each product.
• Complete exact measurements according to recipes to ensure product standards are met.
• Operate multiple electric kettles simultaneously.
• Remove popped corn from kettles and dispense it into bins.
• Assemble corrugate items into cases or displays, package bags and palletize finished products according to specifications.
• Operate pallet jacks and electric pallet wrappers.

• Work safely in a manufacturing environment while supporting production and packaging activities.

Physical Requirements

• Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.

• Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
