About the role:

We are looking for a Production Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our Production team in Halifax. This role will work closely with our Production and Operations teams to keep vehicle workflows organized, ensure accurate information is maintained, and support the team with a variety of administrative tasks.

The successful candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for helping keep production operations running smoothly across our Halifax and OPENLANE locations.

What you’ll do:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Production team.

• Maintain accurate vehicle and production information using Google Sheets and internal systems.

• Track vehicle movement, production status, and other operational data.

• Coordinate with Production, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure information is accurate and up to date.

• Organize and maintain digital and physical documentation.

• Assist with reporting, data entry, and tracking of production metrics.

• Identify and follow up on discrepancies or missing information.

• Support vehicle movement and administrative processes between the Halifax and OPENLANE locations.

• Take on additional administrative tasks and projects as needed to support the Production team.

What we’re looking for:

• Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience: 1+ years of administrative or operations experience.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.

• Comfortable working with Google Sheets and other technology platforms.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

• Ability to work between the Halifax and OPENLANE locations as required.

• Previous automotive or production experience is an asset.

Employment Type:

• Backfill, Permanent Full-Time

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits:

• Wage: $18.25 per hour
