Job Description

• Follow up & analysis of car financing market (benchmark , mystery shopping etc, survey..)

• Creation of commercial product policy for individuals & corporate customer in accordance with market trend, competition offers & partnership strategy

- Participation to PAC meeting with Importer, various HQ meetings, partners business reviews

• Follow up of the profitability of RCI offers

• Contribute to & supervise various reporting required by direction, other department and/or headquaters

• Supervision of reports submitted by business partners(provision, subventions)

• Prepare letters to networks about new production, action, etc

• Prepare information needed for website, financial calculator and comercials

• Contribute & Support to customer satisfaction surveys

• Prepare visual identity & external communication (leaflet, brochure etc)

• Coordinate with sales department to the preparation of POS materials and educational training support

Croatian language is required for this position.
