Robinhood's International team owns the full international product experience, bringing investing, trading, and crypto to customers in the EU, UK, Canada, Singapore, and beyond. 

As a Product Designer, you'll help shape how customers around the world experience our products for the first time. You'll design onboarding, trading, and money movement experiences that hold up across currencies, languages, and regulatory environments, while staying true to the craft and clarity Robinhood is known for.

Design at Robinhood is AI-first. This role is for someone who already uses AI as a core part of how they think, explore, and execute.

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA and New York, NY office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you'll do

• Design key features such as onboarding, trading, crypto, and money movement for one or more of Robinhood's international markets.
• Partner with product, engineering, legal, and compliance to navigate market-specific nuances without compromising a cohesive, high-quality experience.
• Bring clarity to complexity by simplifying cross-border and multi-currency concepts into interfaces that feel simple and local.
• Use AI to explore ideas, catch edge cases, and prototype quickly, while you drive the quality and direction.
• Set direction and keep projects moving in markets with little existing precedent.

What you bring

• 3+ years of product design experience and a strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of complex consumer products.
• Regular use of AI in your design process.
• Interest in global markets and cross-border financial products.
• Experience working with legal, compliance, and cross-functional partners in a regulated environment.
• Strong systems thinking, balancing consistency with Robinhood's core product against local market needs.
• A bias for action: able to find the next step and move forward through ambiguity.
