Objective of the position:
Provide expert level governance to "Purchasing Department" with focus on bus and lead process and system related changes (process creation, testing, training, implementation).

Lead the end-to-end proDIGY implementation for DVCM, create and foster a continuous learning and improvement environment for purchasing employees TT/GN, and enhance qualification opportunities for purchasing employees, and IT system liaison (M22, cbFC).

  • Process oriented, able to focus on details, analytical and strategic thinking to establish a course of action. Focus on customer and market needs, drive innovation and lead change.
  •  Analytics skills (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) preferred.
  •  Challenge to top performance, build a diverse culture of collaboration and learning, execute decisions and deliver results. Demonstrate accountability and credibility. Promote global standards and strategies that TT/GSG develops.
  • Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to propose improvements that enhance system performance and user experience. Timely task completion and clear communication or escalation are critical to success in this role.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and make sound decisions with limited day-to-day oversight from remote leadership
  • 3 years experience is preferred
  • Spanish Level: C1
  • English level:C1

Academic Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or similar.

Main Functions:


  • Processes & Systems:

Monitor Purchasing-system related topics and errors

Lead and drive the proDIGY implementation for DVCM, serving as the primary business liaison for roll-out ·

Monitor interface related topics related to purchasing systems for Bus MX ·

Support vendor code creation process for by doing system finalizations and notifications to affected cross functional partners ·

Support purchasing in system related projects at DVCM and DTNA ·

Lead interactions with proQ support (infosys) to assure resolution of open incidents ·

Lead CI discussions with the Bus team to reduce admin and increase automation ·

Support with projects, including requirement clarifications, testing, communication, and user training for system implementations and upgrades. ·

Coordinate TT/GN training activities in collaboration with Training Manager ·

 Identify opportunities to optimize processes, enhance system functionality, and improve overall efficiency.

  • Reporting & Governance:

 Ensure high-quality reporting for regular and ad-hoc requests · Provide governance, support & training for Bus regarding Purchasing Reporting

Collaborate with CPO office to deliver efficiency improvements through data analytics

Identify and lead CPO office to best practices within purchasing system

  • Compliance & Audit:

Support governance initiatives (global and local)

Support internal/external audits at in cooperation

  • Training:

Coordinate training activities in collaboration with Training Manager

Support implementation and roll-out of new Purchasing systems, methods and tools

Foster learning and CI environment within Truck and Bus buyers · Support knowledge-share sessions related to purchasing systems directed to buyers

Support and educate group of proQ Bus Key Users · ANP and special qualification topics for Bus Team
