Role Title: Procore Specialist

micro1 is engaging experienced Procore Specialists and construction professionals to support a customer project focused on completing and documenting real-world workflows within Procore. In this role, you’ll use your hands-on experience with Procore and construction project management to demonstrate realistic workflows and contribute high-quality data that supports the development of next-generation AI systems.

Scope of Work

1. Complete realistic construction project workflows within Procore.
2. Demonstrate common Procore features and processes used in day-to-day construction projects.
3. Work with project documentation such as RFIs, submittals, drawings, documents, inspections, and project records.
4. Explain the steps taken to complete different workflows clearly and accurately.
5. Review project information and identify errors, missing information, or workflow issues.
6. Create realistic examples and scenarios based on actual construction practices.
7. Document workflows and provide clear written feedback according to project guidelines.
8. Collaborate asynchronously with the project team and complete assigned tasks within expected timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Strong hands-on experience using Procore in a professional construction environment.
2. Experience in construction project management, project engineering, construction operations, or a related field.
3. Familiarity with common Procore workflows such as RFIs, submittals, drawings, inspections, documents, and project tracking.
4. Ability to independently navigate Procore and complete common workflows.
5. Strong understanding of real-world construction processes and terminology.
6. Ability to clearly explain and document how tasks are completed.
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow project instructions.
