micro1 is engaging UX/UI Designers to participate in a dynamic project focused on video annotation for advanced robotic arm tasks.

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

As a contributor, you will assess and annotate videos of robotic arms completing various procedures, ensuring each session is accurately graded according to established guidelines. This opportunity is ideal for detail-oriented professionals interested in the intersection of UX/UI, video analysis, and AI training.

Scope of Work

1. Review video footage of robotic arms completing specific tasks and annotate sessions as instructed.
2. Apply detailed, accurate tags and grading based on provided guidelines and project requirements.
3. Utilize video annotation tools to mark key actions, behaviors, and outcomes within each session.
4. Document observations and rationales clearly and concisely for each annotated task.
5. Collaborate with project trainers and fellow contributors to ensure consistency and quality across annotations.
6. Provide feedback to enhance labeling guidelines and annotation processes as the project evolves.
7. Meet project deliverables by organizing and submitting completed annotations within requested timeframes.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Background in UX/UI design, web design, video/music editing, photography, filmmaking, audiovisual production, robotics, or engineering (mechanical/electronics).
2. Proven experience with video annotation or data labeling, ideally for AI training or machine learning purposes.
3. Exceptional attention to detail, with a track record of producing high-quality, precise work.
4. Strong written communication skills for clear documentation and collaboration.
5. Familiarity with video annotation tools and digital content review workflows.
6. Experience in collaborative project environments and comfort working with remote teams.
7. Interest in robotics, advanced technologies, or AI-driven projects is a strong plus.
