The Process and Compliance Manager is responsible for enabling BAU Team members and leaders to perform their roles effectively and efficiently based upon approved processes, internal SLA’s/objectives and client KPI’s, at the same time ensuring PSC Portfolio Administration Team’s high-level motivation and engagement

About the Role:

  • Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives, including mapping, evaluation, documentation, and optimization of business processes across GOS Client Operations.
  • Ensure strong governance and compliance by driving SOC compliance, supporting audits, enforcing process controls, and maintaining standardized documentation.
  • Drive client lifecycle activities, including new client onboarding, process due diligence, stabilization, and preparation of documentation for client pitches.
  • Collaborate across teams to implement process improvements, develop strategic standard processes, and strengthen a continuous improvement culture.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in data, finance processing, or real estate operations in an international environment.
  • Background in corporate real estate, finance/economics, and data analysis is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience supervising a small team in a shared services environment, with process transition and service coordination experience.
  • Strong technical and communication skills, including proficiency in MS Office, effective written, verbal, and presentation abilities, and good attention to details.
  • Self-driven team player with the ability to work independently, collaborate across regions, and effectively engage stakeholders in a matrix organization.
