- Strategic Investment Advisory: Formulate and deliver bespoke, multi-asset class investment strategies and actionable portfolio ideas tailored to the distinct risk-return profiles and liquidity needs of HNW/UHNW clients.
- Corporate Finance & Capital Markets Synergy: Actively screen and evaluate the private corporate entities of UHNW entrepreneurs for potential capital-raising opportunities, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and Debt Capital Markets (DCM) bond issuances. Serve as the strategic conduit to the Investment Banking division, facilitating seamless referrals to support the client's corporate growth objectives.
- High-Touch Client Engagement: Conduct rigorous portfolio reviews, delivering sophisticated macroeconomic insights, tactical asset allocation advice, and ongoing market updates to clients.
- Private Banker Partnership: Collaborate intimately with Private Client Director and as a trusted co-advisor, jointly originating, presenting, and closing complex wealth solutions.
- Asset Acquisition & Deepening: Drive New-to-Bank (NTB) asset acquisition and deepen existing Share of Wallet (SOW) through strategic advisory, identifying unseen client needs, and providing differentiated market perspectives.
- Banca & Insurance Integration: Incorporate premium Bancassurance, Universal Life, and bespoke HNW protection solutions into client portfolios to fortify wealth protection, optimize tax efficiency, and facilitate liquidity structuring.
- Universal Legacy & Fiduciary Coordination: Act as the nexus between the client and fiduciary specialists to structure Universal Legacy, Private Trust, and intergenerational wealth transfer frameworks.
- Family Office Advisory: Advise multi-generational families and UHNW entrepreneurs on Family Office setups, providing guidance on governance frameworks, private market access, and institutional investment solutions.
- Credit & Lending Synergy: Collaborate proactively with Credit and Lending teams to structure customized financing, Lombard lending, and leverage solutions that optimize client capital efficiency and holistic wealth structuring.
- Revenue Generation: Drive sustainable, high-quality revenue contribution across the full spectrum of wealth solutions (equities, fixed income, FX, structured products, alternatives, and protection).
- Advisory Governance & Suitability: Uphold the highest standards of regulatory compliance, risk awareness, and advisory governance, ensuring all recommendations strictly adhere to client suitability and cross-border regulations.
- Capacity Building & Frontline Coaching: Act as an internal subject matter expert, providing continuous training, market coaching, and advisory support to the frontline relationship management teams.
