Summary of the Role
The Principal Service Engineering Specialist is responsible for: Conducting Service Training to internal and external stakeholders and monitoring the service activities which are performed by Depot-Engineer. Ensure their tasks have been complied with Standard Operation Procedure and/or any regulatory of Bio Medical Engineering. Also Collaborate with all related stakeholders to deliver the high efficiency of After-sales service and increase customer satisfaction and trust in our TERUMO’s Products.
Key Functions / Responsibilities
Conduct Service training to internal service engineers & external customers (Hospital BME, Nurse, etc.) in establishing operations, maintenance/inspection procedures and techniques.
Coaching / Controlling Service staff to perform In-House Service activities (Pre-Delivery Inspection, Repairing, Calibration) to reduce OOBF before delivered to customers
Updating the record and maintaining the up-to-date Installation base system.
Analyze equipment failure to determine cause and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure the Field Service Corrective action (FSCA) complete and submit to regional QA/RA within Timeline.
Monitor and address customer complaints in a timely manner.
Functional / Technical Skills
Experience in Repairing and PM&CAL medical equipment, such as, Infusion pump, syringe pump, Blood Bank equipment at least 5 years.
Good skills on electronic circuit analysis and electronic devices.
Good enough of Excel / Spreadsheet, Able to provide data analytics from raw Data.
Good Presentation & Training Skill, Able to conduct service training to related stakeholder
Familiar with our TERUMO’s KOL, especially Biomedical Engineer / Head of Nurse in hospital that installed TERUMO’s Products.
Good in English Communication skill (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering, Biomedical Engineering will be preferable.
Result oriented and Service-minded.
