About this PowerApps Specialist role at Ledcor
The PowerApps Specialist will also be responsible for creating detailed documentation, hosting knowledge transfer and training sessions, and providing mentorship to BI team members and business stakeholders. The role will provide ongoing support for business-critical Power Apps, including enhancements, troubleshooting, testing, and ensuring solutions align with standards.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Maintain, enhance, and develop business-critical Power Apps solutions
- Troubleshoot defects, resolve production issues, and improve application performance
- Create test plans and conduct unit testing and user acceptance testing
- Manage application releases, changes, documentation, and lifecycle activities
- Ensure solutions meet security, governance, access, and organizational standards
- Create detailed documentation for reference and troubleshooting
- Host knowledge transfer and training sessions for BI team members and business partners
- Provide mentorship and coaching on Power Apps development best practices
- Communicate progress, blockers, and risks with BI team members and business partners
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience building and maintaining Power Apps solutions
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Technology Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and relevant experience in Power Apps development and support
- Knowledge of business intelligence, analytics, and reporting systems
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and reporting deliverables
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience supporting analytics initiatives within construction, engineering, telecommunications, infrastructure, or related industries is an asset
- Strong proficiency in developing model-driven apps and canvas apps
- Experience creating documentation for applications and low-code/no-code solutions
- Ability to train and coach technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
