Job Summary
Clearly understand the concept of MRP and effectively implement MRP tools in order to manage adequate supply or raw and packaging materials according to agreed production plan and ensure raw and packaging materials call off plan is communicated to suppliers on time and accurateJob Description:
1. To coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, production planner in arranging production / delivery schedule in order to serve the demand
2. To closely monitor the actual supplier delivery against plan and the progress of actual production output against the agreed production plan
3. To support NPD planner in order to meet Launch/Re-Launch on time
4. To ensure sufficient control on material stock during products phasing in or out to minimize risk of write off obsolete materials
5. To regulary review on MOQ/MDQ matching with business requirement and call in all materials on daily basis under warehouse space and agreed stock level
6. To work with related functions and/or support project team with objectives to meet company direction, and supply chain management while maintaining the optimum supply chain cost
7. To analyze trends, identify weakness, areas of improvement, and benchmarks of satisfaction and recommend appropriate actions/* Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualification:
คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถMinimum Education bachelor’s degree Major Supply Chain, Business Administration, or in a related field preferred
Experience in supply planning, production scheduling and/or inventory control
Experienced in JDA, SAP/APO, or Oracle Demand Planning or other software related to supply planning is advantage
Experienced with other software packages including Windows, and Microsoft Office
Good analytical, organizational, decision making, and presentation skills
