Job Description
- Proactively identify and assess customer financial needs and provide appropriate UOB banking products and services, including deposits, loans, investments, and insurance.
- Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio through effective relationship management, cross-selling, and up-selling.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive banking experience.
- Adhere to all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and ethical conduct.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall branch performance.
- Stay updated on market trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to effectively advise customers.
- Participate in branch initiatives and promotional activities to enhance customer engagement and business growth.
Process banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
Job Qualifications- A Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking, sales, or customer service, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and financial markets.
- Customer-centric with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken). Knowledge of other local languages is an advantage.
- Possess relevant financial certifications (e.g., FIMM, PCE, CEILI) is a plus.
