Starting pay $9 - $11 per hour PLUS $5 per hour in Shift differential PLUS cash tips daily
- 11pm-7am

As a Hospitality Associate – Driver, you help bring the Towne experience to life. Whether parking vehicles, assisting with luggage, or supporting guests, patients, and visitors, you create seamless arrival-to-departure experiences through safe, professional, and hospitality-focused service.
This posting represents multiple Hospitality Associate – Driver opportunities across Towne locations. Specific responsibilities may vary by site, client, and assignment.
What You’ll Do
· Safely park, retrieve, and inspect vehicles
· Create positive first and last impressions
· Deliver exceptional experiences through service, professionalism, and hospitality · Welcome and assist guests, patients, and visitors with directions, wayfinding, and service-related needs
· Follow all traffic laws and company safety standards
· Maintain organized work areas and complete documentation accurately

Driving Requirements
· Valid driver’s license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
· Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles (when applicable)
Compensation: Towne is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual pay will be based on job-related skills, experience, education, training, geographic location, and other business-related factors. The hourly base pay range for this position is $9–$11 per hour plus $5-$10 per hour in tips.

Physical Requirements
This position regularly requires the ability to:
· Stand and walk for extended periods
· Bend, stoop, kneel and reach
· Lift up to 50 pounds
· Push and pull carts, wheelchairs and luggage
· Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions while entering and exiting vehicles repeatedly throughout the day
