About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, data-driven specialist to help the Growth Team expand Tia’s organic social presence and learn from the communities we serve.

You will own content creation and distribution across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, manage day-to-day community engagement, and build reporting that connects social activity to site traffic. You’ll create content for each platform, then use performance data and audience conversations to shape what we make next.

This is a remote independent contractor role starting at approximately 10 hours per week, with an expected ramp to 15–20 hours per week.

What You’ll Do

Content Strategy: Own and execute the organic social calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, coordinating themes with blog, email, and Growth Team plans.
Creative Production: Concept, script, brief, film, and edit short-form video and static content designed for each platform.
Platform Distribution: Improve reach and engagement through strong hooks, relevant trends, posting cadence, and TikTok and YouTube search optimization.
Reporting & Attribution: Build social reporting in Sprout Social; track referral traffic and link clicks alongside reach, saves, shares, follower growth, watch time, and profile visits. Turn findings into content recommendations.
Link Management: Maintain Tia’s link-in-bio experience, including UTM tagging and landing page priorities.
Community Management: Respond to comments and DMs through Meta Business Suite and TikTok using approved guidance. Partner with clinical and operations teams to maintain quick replies and escalate account-specific concerns or formal complaints.
Social Listening: Monitor brand mentions, sentiment, competitor content, and audience conversations across social platforms and forums. Share recurring questions, objections, and emerging trends with the Growth Team.

What You’ll Bring

Requirements

1+ year of experience managing organic social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Examples of content you have created and results you have driven, including audience growth, engagement, or site traffic
Hands-on experience scripting, filming, editing short-form video, and writing social copy
Experience with Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, web analytics such as Google Analytics, and UTM tagging
Experience moderating communities and using audience feedback or performance data to guide content decisions
Availability to begin at approximately 10 hours per week and ramp to 15–20 hours per week

Nice to have

Experience with social communication protocols and escalation paths in healthcare, wellness, fintech, or another regulated industry
Experience using social listening to identify audience questions and emerging content formats

Work Location

This is a remote role.

Compensation & Benefits

This is an independent contractor engagement. The anticipated commitment begins at approximately 10 hours per week and is expected to increase to 15–20 hours per week.

Contract rate: Ranging from $30 - $40 per hour
