Are you a detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment? FMC is looking for an Order Management Coordinator to oversee the full order lifecycle - from entry to delivery and invoicing. In this role, you’ll be the key link between customers, sales, logistics, and internal teams, ensuring smooth and timely order fulfillment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage Orders: Accurately enter and process customer orders, ensuring all details are correct and up to date.
• Coordinate Logistics: Work closely with warehousing and shipping teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Communicate Proactively: Keep customers and internal stakeholders informed on order status and resolve any issues quickly.
• Handle Invoicing: Generate accurate invoices and support payment processing and reconciliation.
• Resolve Discrepancies: Investigate and resolve issues related to shipping, billing, or product quality.

What You Bring

• Experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP is a plus) and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
