We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle Fusion SCM Architect with deep expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions across Procurement, Inventory Manufacturing, Logistics, Costing, PIM and Planning Modules . This pivotal leadership role will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, driving strategic initiatives, delivering innovative cloud-based solutions, and overseeing large-scale implementations in the manufacturing domain.

As a Senior Architect, you will collaborate closely with senior business and IT stakeholders, gather and analyze business requirements, and architect scalable, integrated solutions that deliver measurable business value. You will be responsible for guiding project teams, mentoring junior consultants, and ensuring successful project delivery from inception to go-live and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud implementations for global manufacturing clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client executives and project sponsors, building strong relationships and understanding organizational objectives and challenges.
  • Conduct detailed business process analysis, requirements gathering, and gap assessments to design comprehensive solutions that optimize manufacturing operations, planning, forecasting, and supply chain processes.
  • Develop and validate solution architectures leveraging Oracle Cloud best practices, ensuring integration with other enterprise applications, legacy systems, and third-party tools.
  • Oversee and drive the configuration, customization, and deployment of Oracle Planning and Manufacturing Cloud modules, tailoring functionality to meet client-specific needs.
  • Mentor, direct, and support delivery teams, providing expert guidance on complex issues and fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Define and enforce quality assurance processes, manage risks, resolve escalations, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
  • Support change management, user training, and knowledge transfer activities to ensure seamless adoption and long-term success of Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Oracle Cloud updates, industry trends, and best practices, and proactively advise clients on new features or capabilities that enhance business value.
  • Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and solution architects to scope and propose services for new opportunities, contributing to business growth.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables, including solution documentation, project plans, functional designs, presentations, and executive updates.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience as an Oracle consultant, with at least 8 years specializing in Oracle Planning and Manufacturing (Cloud and/or E-Business Suite).
  • Proven expertise in multiple Oracle Cloud modules: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Order Management.
  • Demonstrated experience as a solution architect for complex Oracle Cloud implementations in manufacturing environments.
  • Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain principles, and industry best practices.
  • Successful track record of managing multi-phase, multi-country Oracle Cloud deployments.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Outstanding client-facing and communication skills, able to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Project management experience, preferably with formal certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar).
  • Oracle Cloud certification(s) highly desirable.
