About this Ops Excellence Lead role at Bigblue
The Ops Excellence team is Bigblue's engine for operational standards, continuous improvement and network performance. As we target 60%+ YoY volume growth in 2027, we're expanding the team's scope — and adding a senior leader who can take on the programs that require the most experience and cross-functional reach.
As Ops Excellence Lead, you will own three of the highest-impact workstreams in the team:
- Building and running Bigblue's first network capacity planning and S&OP program
- Driving SLA excellence across the warehouse network (Happy Orders and Happy Inbounds to 95%)
- Leading large cross-functional programs — from training standardization to complex merchant turnarounds
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility individual contributor role, reporting to the Head of Ops Excellence, with direct exposure to the CEO and Business Development leadership. You will lead through influence across Warehouse Ops (internal & external), Product & Tech, Acquisition, Merchant and Finance.
