Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Operation Engineering Manager (SMT) located in Senai, Johor.

What a typical day looks like:

• Responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and managing an organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence.

• Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.

• Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.

• Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.

• Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence.

• Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices.

• Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.

• Report to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews.

• Coach and mentor Operations team.

• Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes.

• Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Possesses a Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in the related field is required

• Skill(s): PCBA, SMT
