Now, we're looking for an Onboarding Associate. The Driver Onboarding Associate will play a crucial role in setting up the foundations in making this happen - from growing the fleet by acquiring and onboarding new drivers and seamless driver verification and activation

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and manage driver acquisition campaigns (social media ads, flyers)
• Monitor acquisition funnel performance (number of new leads, drop-off points)
• Organize driver recruitment events or pop-up activations
• Report acquisition numbers and growth trends to Operations Lead
• Check and verify driver documents (license, insurance, background checks)
• Process new driver applications and update onboarding tracker
• Ensure drivers meet regulatory and internal requirements
• Manage PA/CPC xaapplication process
• Flag non-compliant applications or escalate incomplete verifications.
• Send reminders or nudges to applicants who are stuck in onboarding steps
• Track onboarding status and reduce drop-off rate
• Maintain database of onboarded drivers
• Monitor onboarding funnel metrics (conversion rate, time-to-activation).
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Achieve or exceed targets and key objectives assigned by your Immediate Superior.
• Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder in any relevant course.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in operations or candidate/vendor onboarding.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
• Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and process mapping/documentation.
