Experience (NodeJS) – 2+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining server-side application logic using Node.js.
- Designing and implementing APIs for internal and external services.
- Collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements and ensure seamless data flow.
- Optimizing applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
- Implementing data storage solutions, often involving databases like MS SQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Ensuring security and data protection measures are implemented and adhered to.
- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code, following best practices for code management and deployment.
- Participating in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.
- Troubleshooting and debugging applications to resolve issues and ensure stability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in JavaScript and the Node.js runtime environment.
- Experience with Node.js frameworks such as Express.js, NestJS, or Hapi.js.
- Strong understanding of backend architecture and design principles.
- Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL and NoSQL databases).
- Knowledge of API design and development (RESTful APIs, GraphQL).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., DevOps, Git).
- Understanding of security best practices in web development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field is often preferred, along with relevant professional experience.
- Libraries: Axios, Sequelize, xlsx package, Async, Puppeteer, Lodash, Redux, Redis, JSON Web Tokens, Jest, Express, Eslint,
- Worked with Mulit-Tenancy architecture would be plus.
