As a key member of our Network Services team, you will be the go-to expert responsible for creating robust local and wide-area network solutions utilizing multiple platforms and protocols. If you are excited about leveraging your technical expertise to build innovative network solutions and deliver outstanding customer service, this is the ideal role for you.

What you will do

• Troubleshoot complex network issues using your expertise in routers, networking controllers, bridges, and networking software.
• Coordinate with vendors to install and configure the latest hardware and software, such as routers and switches.
• Participate actively in project implementation, conducting detailed project planning and cost analysis.
• Build proof-of-concept solutions utilizing advanced networking system technology.
• Review project requirements thoroughly, communicate them accurately to the team, and ensure proper fulfillment.
• Design and implement local and wide-area network solutions, including IP and VoIP, tailored to customer specifications.
• Deliver high-quality technical solutions to prepare customers smoothly for implementation, go-live, and ongoing maintenance.
• Ensure customer networks run efficiently while maintaining high performance and reliability standards.

Required skills and experience

• Minimum 3 years of overall working experience in a relevant technical environment.
• 6+ years of experience focused on network support, configuration, and implementation.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in core switching, routing, MPLS(Multi-Protocol Label Switching), and firewalls.
• Proven networking and security architecture and engineering support experience across local, regional, and global domains.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively execute multiple IT projects and meet strict deadlines with limited supervision.

Preferred skills and experience

• Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) deployment and data center experience.
• Experience with the design and implementation of Software Defined Networks (SDN) and large, complex networks.
• Experience working with advanced protocols and technologies such as BGP, OSPF, EVPN, VXLAN, or VPC.
