NRM Associate

Estamos buscando um(a) NRM Associate, com base em São Paulo, para apoiar nossa estratégia de Net Revenue Management, contribuindo com análises de precificação, rentabilidade e investimentos comerciais. Essa posição atuará em parceria com diferentes áreas do negócio, fornecendo insights que apoiam a tomada de decisões e impulsionam o crescimento sustentável da companhia.

Principais responsabilidades:

• Apoiar o acompanhamento e análise das vendas líquidas e resultados financeiros;
• Administrar e atualizar estruturas de preços nos sistemas da companhia;
• Monitorar o posicionamento de preços do portfólio em relação ao mercado e à concorrência;
• Desenvolver análises e recomendações para apoiar estratégias de precificação;
• Acompanhar investimentos comerciais e iniciativas de Gross-to-Net (G2N);
• Elaborar relatórios e análises de retorno sobre investimento (ROI);
• Consolidar e gerenciar bases de dados comerciais para suporte à tomada de decisão;
• Analisar rentabilidade por cliente, canal e categoria;
• Trabalhar em parceria com áreas de Finanças, Comercial, Marketing e Trade Marketing;
• Identificar oportunidades e gerar insights para otimização de receita e rentabilidade.

Por que VOCÊ?

Qualificações básicas

• Graduação completa em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Finanças ou áreas correlatas
• Residir em São Paulo (SP) ou ter disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente na região
• Inglês avançado ou fluente (obrigatório), Espanhol será considerado um diferencial
• Experiência em análise de dados, reporting comercial, pricing ou áreas relacionadas
• Conhecimento de análise financeira e indicadores de rentabilidade;
• Excel avançado e habilidade para trabalhar com grandes volumes de dados
• Forte capacidade analítica e resolução de problemas
• Boa comunicação e relacionamento com stakeholders

Será considerado um diferencial

• Experiência em Net Revenue Management (NRM)
• Conhecimento em Power BI ou ferramentas de visualização de dados
• Experiência com análises de ROI e investimentos comerciais
• Vivência na indústria de bens de consumo (FMCG)
• Conhecimento em estratégias de precificação e gestão de receita

NRM Associate

We are looking for an NRM Associate, based in São Paulo, to support our Net Revenue Management strategy by contributing to pricing, profitability, and trade investment analyses. This role will partner with cross-functional teams across the business, providing insights that support decision-making and drive the company's sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support net sales tracking, analysis, and financial performance monitoring
• Advanced or fluent English (mandatory), Spanish will be considered a plus
• Must be based in São Paulo (SP) or the metropolitan area.
• Maintain and update pricing structures across business systems;
• Monitor portfolio pricing performance against market and competitor benchmarks;
• Develop analyses and recommendations to support pricing strategies;
• Track and evaluate Gross-to-Net (G2N) investments and commercial initiatives;
• Prepare reporting and ROI analyses to support decision-making;
• Consolidate and manage commercial databases and performance reports;
• Analyze profitability across customers, channels, and categories;
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, Marketing, and Trade Marketing teams;
• Identify opportunities and generate insights to improve revenue and profitability.

Why YOU?

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields;
• Experience in data analysis, commercial reporting, pricing, or related functions;
• Understanding of financial analysis and profitability metrics;
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Net Revenue Management (NRM);
• Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools;
• Experience with ROI analysis and trade investment management;
• Experience within the FMCG industry;
• Knowledge of pricing strategy and revenue management practices.
