Marketing Specialist – NAPA Australia
We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who thrives on variety. One day you’ll be launching a national sales campaign, the next you’ll be planning a trade event, creating digital content or working with our sales team to deliver marketing that genuinely drives business growth.

Reporting to the NAPA Australia Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our Marketing, Sales, Merchandise, Operations and Digital teams to deliver effective and engaging marketing activity.
This is a varied role for someone who enjoys bringing campaigns to life across multiple channels from national promotions and digital content to customer loyalty initiatives and trade events.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver national promotional campaigns
- Develop marketing collateral for print, digital and in-store channels
- Support B2B digital activity, including EDMs, website and social media content
- Manage customer loyalty and retention initiatives
- Partner with Sales and Merchandise teams to execute campaigns
- Assist with B2B digital strategy and Marketing Operations activity
- Coordinate industry and branch network tradeshows and events
- Analyse campaign results and customer insights to identify opportunities
- Contribute new ideas to strengthen the NAPA brand and customer experience
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2–5 years’ experience in a marketing role
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to build productive relationships with a range of stakeholders
- A creative and commercially minded approach
- Confidence working across multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience in retail, trade, automotive or a fast-paced B2B environment will be highly regarded
