The Multi-Functional Resort Associate is a cross-functional position that is responsible for two or more functions within various daily resort operations. This position ensures that all owners, guests and associates receive our Hospitality with Heart service.

 

Performs at least two resort functions on a regular basis. The following functions are the most common, but are not an exhaustive list of functions that may be performed by this role:

 

How You’ll Shine:

The Multi Functional associate will be responsible for the daily supply consumption and inventory for the housekeeping operation, as well as being responsible for the proper control of all the incoming and outgoing inventory, housekeeping/laundry supplies and packages that arrive for the site.

Housekeeping Coordinator:

• Organize the daily operations of the housekeeping supply storage.
• Update, input housekeeping inventory into Inventory Smart System.

• Receives, records and tracks all housekeeping inventory, and receives supplies that ae delivered
• Loads and unloads deliveries
• Stores and stocks inventory in supply room, ensuring all standards are followed for checking out of inventory or supplies. Loads and unloads deliveries.
• Maintains inventory control system as directed by management/company standards
• Stores and stocks inventory in supply room, ensuring all standards are followed for checking out of inventory or supplies.
• Performing quality checks on stored inventory and discarding inventory that does not meet the company’s standards

What You’ll Bring:

• Demonstrated understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management and disciplinary action.
• Demonstrate the highest level of customer service to current and prospective owners in order to maintain a positive brand image and company reputation.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills in dealing with guests and associates. Ability to keep sensitive information confidential.

Compensation

Generally starting at $25.00 - $25.50 per hour. The actual hourly rate of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
