We're looking for qualified Mortgage Advisors to join our growing team, with opportunities available across Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol and Scotland.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business where you'll work closely with clients, helping them find the right mortgage solutions while delivering a first-class experience from application to completion.

What you'll be doing

• Providing mortgage advice to new and existing clients.
• Understanding clients' circumstances and recommending suitable mortgage solutions.
• Building strong relationships with clients, lenders and introducers.
• Managing applications through the full mortgage journey.
• Delivering excellent customer outcomes in line with FCA requirements.
• Keeping accurate records and maintaining high-quality case files.
• Proactively generating and developing business opportunities.

What we're looking for

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
• Previous experience advising on mortgages.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A customer-first approach.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage a busy pipeline.
• Comfortable working in a regulated environment.
• Commercially minded with a desire to grow your business and client base.
