Job Title: MIS Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage, maintain, and analyze business data and generate timely reports for management. The role involves handling large datasets, preparing dashboards, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and supporting decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Generate operational, recruitment, attendance, productivity, and performance reports as required.
• Collect, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources.
• Create and maintain dashboards using Excel and reporting tools.
• Monitor data accuracy and ensure timely reporting.
• Prepare trend analysis and performance tracking reports.
• Support management with ad hoc reports and data requests.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather and consolidate information.
• Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Maintain records and databases with high levels of accuracy.
• Automate repetitive reporting processes wherever possible.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, IF formulas, Conditional Formatting, Charts, Macros preferred).
• Good understanding of MIS reporting and data analysis.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Certification in Advanced Excel, MIS, Data Analytics, or Power BI preferred.

Experience

• 2 to 6 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or reporting support.
• Experience in BPO, Shared Services, Recruitment, or Operations environment preferred.

• Timely delivery of reports.
• Data accuracy and quality.
• Dashboard maintenance and automation.
• Turnaround time for ad hoc reports.
• Process improvement initiatives implemented.

• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Employment Type: Full-Time
